Intro to Handgun. May 10th

Service Description

This is our redesigned 5.5 hour introductory level class for 2025: perfect for the new shooter, the shooter who's never had formal instruction, or the shooter that wants a refresher. This is a hands on course, entirely on the range. We will cover: Fundamental safety rules, practical safe gun handling, safely loading and unloading, the 8 steps of good shooting. If time permits we will include the following: handguns of alternate sizes to inform you as a purchaser, gun cleaning steps, overview of self defense laws, overview of home storage. We will only be taking short breaks as needed. ----If you sign up please make sure to double check you email is correct and check your junk/spam folder as we will be communicating with you about the class.---- Please bring the following: Clothing appropriate for the day. Sturdy shoes, no sandals, no crocs. A hat. Brimmed and warm hats are recommended depending on the day. Sunglasses. Sunscreen. Bug repellent. Water. Snacks and or a lunch. A notepad and pencil for taking notes.
